キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルはいつでも無料です。お支払いは会場でのみ行われ、キャンセル料は発生しません。
第1条（適用範囲）
本キャンセルポリシーは、Best Eventoを通じて行われたすべてのイベント予約に適用されます。
第2条（現地決済）
Best Eventoに掲載されているすべてのイベントは、会場での支払いとなります。予約時に事前決済は必要ありません。
第3条（キャンセル）
ユーザーは、イベント開始前であればいつでもキャンセルすることができ、キャンセル料は発生しません。イベントに参加しない限り、支払い義務は発生しません。
第4条（無断欠席）
イベントに参加することは基本的なマナーとされていますが、無断欠席の場合でも特別な手続きや対応は必要ありません。
第5条（主催者による中止）
主催者の都合によりイベントが中止された場合でも、事前決済がないため返金は発生しません。
第6条（イベント内容の変更）
イベントの内容（時間、場所、内容など）は変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合、本アプリは可能な範囲で情報の更新を行います。
第7条（免責事項）
Best Eventoおよびイベント主催者は、自然災害、政府の規制、公共の安全上の理由などを含む不可抗力により発生したイベントの中止または変更について、一切の責任を負いません。
また、Best Evento、イベント主催者および会場は、イベント参加中に発生したいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。ユーザーは自己責任においてイベントに参加するものとします。

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation anytime. Pay only at the venue. No fees for cancellation.
Article 1 (Scope)
This Cancellation Policy applies to all event bookings made through Best Evento.
Article 2 (Payment at Venue)
All events listed on Best Evento are pay at the venue. Customers are not required to make any advance payment when booking.
Article 3 (Customer Cancellation)
Customers may cancel their booking at any time prior to the event without incurring any cancellation fee. No payment obligation arises unless the customer attends the event.
Article 4 (No-Show Policy)
It is a basic manner to show up for the event. In case customers do not show up no action is needed.
Article 5 (Event Cancellation by Organizer)
If an event is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances, as no advance payments are collected, no refunds are required.
Article 6 (Changes to Events)
Event details (including time, venue, or content) may be subject to change. Best Evento will make reasonable efforts to update the event of any significant changes.
Article 7 (Force Majeure)
Best Evento and event organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to any circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public safety concerns.
Best Evento,event organizers and the event venue will not be responsible in any form or damage occured to the attendees. Customer join the events at their own risk.
